Why this exists

LA is easy when you live here. I make it easy when you don't.

I've spent twenty years making unfamiliar places work for people who've just landed. Then I landed in LA myself.

So I know what it's like when you don't live here, don't know how the city works, and have a lot riding on getting it right. That's the bit I take off your plate.

  • ArgentinaDesigned tours for European travellers.
  • Rio de JaneiroHosted tourists at homestays before Airbnb was a thing.
  • WorldwideFive years on election campaigns across the world, setting up large-scale focus groups and national surveys.
  • Los AngelesBuilt itineraries for international startups at Mobile World Congress - investor meetings by day, the best of LA by night.
  • World Cup 2026Flew food creators to LA for Wise and sent them home with a campaign.
What I do

Three things, done properly.

Use one, or all three. Either way you get one person who's accountable from the first email to the last flight home.

On the ground

LA's biggest weeks. I've been in the room.

Match days, tech summits, rooftop launches and nights out. I know how this city works when the world turns up.

Why me

Five things, rarely in one person.

British and American

Dual citizen. A London desk gets a peer, not a vendor they have to explain themselves to.

Fluent Spanish

Work with me in Spanish from the first call. Portuguese and French too, conversationally.

Creator-native

I know how creators and social actually work, which traditional service companies don't.

A story brain

I've worked in TV development and advertising, so I'll bring you a story, not just a call sheet.

Media and events

I've founded production companies and run event programmes. Most people have done one or the other.

WiseRecent work · World Cup 2026

Food creators, the World Cup, and a lot of lunches.

I cold-pitched Wise an idea: fly food creators Bite Twice to LA for the World Cup, take them to the matches, and eat our way across the city in between - every bite paid for with Wise. They loved it.

I sat between the brand and the creators and ran the lot - the itinerary, locations, shot planning, logistics. Wise got a campaign. The creators got content for their own channels. The branded videos performed just like their usual posts. Everyone went home happy.

No hidden commissions. I don't take a cut from venues or suppliers, so what I recommend is what's best for you.

Jack Davidson
About

Hello, I'm Jack.

I'm a British-American producer with a background in TV development, advertising and events. In London I co-founded the production company Mother's Best Child and the creative studio TOAD. Then, a decade ago, I moved to LA, set up the US side, and stayed.

These days I live in Eagle Rock with my wife and our two boys. I speak Spanish every chance I get, and I still remember what it felt like to arrive here and not know how anything worked.

Now I get to be the person I wish I'd had.
